Legal PA - LitigationOverview

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Litigation Solicitor and the litigation team. You will be responsible for managing claims, liaising with external solicitors and the insurance company, as well as general administration tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Litigation Solicitor and the litigation team
  • Input and update cases and claims in the database tracker
  • Liaise with external solicitors and the insurance company
  • General administration including filing, photocopying, and preparing documentation
  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries
  • Prepare mail for posting and deal with incoming post
  • Upload and download files to the document storage platform
Qualifications
  • A secretarial NVQ/Diploma or equivalent would be beneficial but not essential
  • Experience in general administration, document management, and diary management
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • IT skills - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
