I am currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join the team at a prestigious hotel in Yorkshire. If you have a passion for high-quality food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have previous experience in a hotel kitchen, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes across all sections of the kitchen
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
- Contribute to menu development using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Train and mentor junior members of the team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or high-end restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
- Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking
- Excellent team player with good communication skills
