With a restaurant of 50 plus covers, lounge/bar and terrace areas this property prides itself on it's food reputation. Afternoon teas are also gaining in popularity. With only a handful of weddings and functions booked this property is generally focused on in-house guests. You will be required to develop appropriate menus and manage and develop a team of seven.
As Head Chef you must have managed and ran boutique hotel/restaurant kitchens up to a 2 AA rosette standard. You must be able to demonstrate good kitchen financial skills and be abreast of all current EHO rules and regulations.
For this Head Chef role there is a decent salary along with a share of service charge. There is also an opportunity for temporary accommodation if someone is relocating.
