I am working with a premier luxury hotel renowned for its impeccable service and exquisite culinary offerings boasting a fine dining restaurant, a chic bar, and versatile event spaces. They take pride in providing an exceptional dining experience to their guests and are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join their team.

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen brigade, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver outstanding dishes. Your creativity, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence will contribute to our hotel's reputation as a culinary destination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your designated section.
  • Assist in the development and planning of menus, including specials.
  • Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely manner that meets our quality standards.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide input and creativity in new dish development.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
