We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join an ever-growing team. In this role, you will maintain and enhance relationships with clients by upselling products while delivering exceptional customer service. 

The Day to Day:
  • Contact potential customers via telephone, email, or social media to generate interest and sell our products.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and database systems.
  • Attend events and networking opportunities to maximise business opportunities.
  • Manage both incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
  • Engage prospective customers through outbound calls, introducing our products and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, keeping them informed about new releases and offers.
What we'd like to see from you:
  • Confidence in using IT systems, including MS Office 365, with a working knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation with the ability to adapt/respond.
  • Manage time effectively.
  • Experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
Your background:
  • Experience in a call centre environment is ideal.
  • Proactive and prepared to use initiative.
Experience:

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle demanding or challenging customers.
