The main purpose of this role is to support the Ecommerce team in this fast paced B2C online retailer in maximising the potential of all ecommerce channels through effective site management, campaign optimisation, and data-driven decision-making.
The successful candidate will be well versed in all aspects of E-commerce and will be able to demonstrate a past record of increasing success.

Hybrid - this role is hybrid with a few days in the office each week
Salary - 35k + bens

We are looking for a highly motivate individual who has some experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field and with hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day site activities, including product launches, promotions, and key content updates.
  • Ensure web content and product listings are current, accurate, and optimised for SEO.
  • Build optimised landing pages and bespoke customer journeys to support campaigns and trading initiatives.
  • Analyse sales data to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms to maximise ROI.
  • Oversee Google Merchant Centre, ensuring shopping feeds are correctly set up and optimised for performance.
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance, adjusting as needed to improve results.
  • Create insightful performance reports demonstrating account health and ROI for internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across ecommerce channels and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Report on customer behaviour, sales trends, and site performance to inform decision-making.
