Sales Executive job description:

  • First point of contact for all enquiries including phone calls, faxes and emails. These queries can include quotes, queries, technical questions and orders.
  • Delivery of the highest level of customer service with all encounters. This includes visitors, suppliers, customers and colleagues.
  • Develop a firm understanding of the products as well as the industries they are used in.
  • To be able to take and raise purchase orders, investigate and action queries, organise quotes and samples and take care of any other queries that may come up.
  • To achieve combined regional sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

As a Sales Executive you will have the following benefits:

  • 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.15pm)

To be successful as a Sales Executive you will need:

  • Good knowledge of office operating system such as Excel
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to present information whilst being positive and having a can do attitude.

Would be advantages to have previous experience within a Sales/Account Management role, however if you have the right qualities get in touch.
