Full time Permanent Office based role working 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a leading company based in York, North Yorkshire who are looking for an experience Marketing Manager to take the lead on the marketing strategy and execution

This is a hands-on, onsite role, where you'll have a direct impact on the success and be a key part of the management team, reporting to the Managing Director.

The Role

You'll be responsible for developing and delivering a dynamic marketing plan to grow brand awareness, generate leads, and support our sales objectives. From managing campaigns and mentoring the Marketing Executive, to designing marcomms materials and monitoring competitor activity—this is a varied role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the marketing and communications strategy
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns to support sales and channel engagement
  • Oversee the creation of all marketing content and materials
  • Work closely with sales, suppliers and HQ to align messaging and activities
  • Track, measure and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Monitor industry and competitor trends
  • Mentor and develop a junior team member and plan for future function growth

What We’re Looking For

  • A marketing qualification and at least 5 years’ marketing experience, with 3+ years in a management role
  • Experience in IT or tech product marketing is a strong advantage
  • Skilled in campaign planning, execution and performance tracking
  • Proficient in content creation and marcomms design (you’ll be hands-on!)
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • A proactive team player who enjoys making things happen
