Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and onboard new partners to expand the company’s market share.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for acquiring new partners, focusing on long-term growth and mutual benefit.
  • Proactively engage with potential partners to present the value proposition.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and other sales enquiries.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with new partners.
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional services and solutions.
  • Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Provide regular reporting.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the sales strategy.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Channel Sales and Development.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive with a strategic mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience in developing and implementing channel sales strategies, managing performance metrics, and delivering against KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in IT or Telecoms would be beneficial but not essential.
