- Identify, target, and onboard new partners to expand the company’s market share.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for acquiring new partners, focusing on long-term growth and mutual benefit.
- Proactively engage with potential partners to present the value proposition.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and other sales enquiries.
- Manage and nurture relationships with new partners.
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional services and solutions.
- Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Provide regular reporting.
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the sales strategy.
- Proven experience in Channel Sales and Development.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive with a strategic mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in developing and implementing channel sales strategies, managing performance metrics, and delivering against KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in IT or Telecoms would be beneficial but not essential.
