We are currently recruiting for one of our key clients in the York Area who are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager.
Join a global leader in tech solutions as a Performance Marketing Manager, driving growth and innovation across the UK, French, and US markets. This role is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about delivering effective marketing and experienced in executing digital lead generation strategies.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and execute a high-impact digital sales and marketing strategy to drive lead generation, business growth, and new revenue streams.
- Lead, coach, and develop a dynamic team in the UK and overseas, modernising sales techniques and digital marketing efforts to develop lead generation.
- Oversee digital sales funnel management, CRM optimisation, and performance reporting in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Drive digital marketing campaigns, manage website content, and implement SEO/PPC strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage budgets, optimise Google Ads, and ensure all marketing efforts deliver measurable commercial value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, media, and online suppliers to boost brand exposure and lead generation.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, email campaigns, and customer case studies.
- Work with our external PR agency to launch press releases and write contributions for relevant industry titles.
- Manage social media channels to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing and digital lead generation leadership, preferably within tech industries.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and content strategy.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM management (Hubspot preferable), performance reporting, and sales funnel optimisation.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse, international team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
