We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Renewables Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling renewable energy products and services to clients in the Central region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of renewable energy initiatives while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential customers who have already viewed the website and shown a general interest
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their energy needs and propose customised solutions
  • Answer inbound enquiry calls and promote products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute sales strategies and achieve targeted sales goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
  • Update CRM system with client interactions and sales progress
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a telephone based Customer Service or Sales Executive setting, preferably in the renewable energy industry or have an interest in renewable energy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and pipeline management
