We are recruiting for a Sales Lead Executive for one of our clients who are based in Yorkshire. Our client is one of the UK's leading suppliers of workwear apparel. They have been recognised for innovation and excellence within service. They have built strong relationships across the UK, based on trust and reliability.

As the Sales Lead Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating valuable client-related information to empower the sales team. This newly created position involves proactive outreach to prospective customers, aiming to spark interest, gather insights, and cultivate potential opportunities. You will manage your outreach through LinkedIn, email and the telephone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify quality leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure prompt follow-up on leads, maintaining a list of high-potential opportunities.
  • Tailor each outreach interaction to the individual prospect, demonstrating adaptability and genuine engagement.
  • Develop effective outreach techniques, demonstrating persistence and resilience in overcoming objections.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM system with pertinent details.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the market dynamics and industry influences over time.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
