Our clientNigel Wright are thrilled to be working with a rapidly growing, and entrepreneurial, private-equity backed consumer service business. Now an independent business, the objective is to doubledown on its ambition of being the UK leader in their space.. To help them deliver this we are supporting them to scale the capability of their team to include a first-time hire of a Senior Channel Marketing Manager. This role is crucial in enhancing the customer experience and improving conversion rates from registration to paid subscriptions. The successful candidate will combine expertise in acquisition, channel performance management, and customer experience to ensure their internal registration channels deliver a seamless and effective journey, resulting in increased subscriptions.The role•    Channel Optimisation & Performance:o    Own and manage registration channels to optimise the customer journey from customer registration to subscription conversion.o    Continuously analyse, track, and improve channel performance metrics, including registration completion rates, conversion to paid subscriptions, and customer engagement.o    Identify and implement improvements to streamline the registration process and reduce drop-offs or friction points.•    Acquisition & Conversion Strategy:o    Develop strategies to increase the number of new registrations and drive higher conversion rates to paid subscriptions through existing registration channels.o    Use customer data and insights to personalise registration experiences and increase engagement and conversions.•    Customer Journey Enhancement:o    Map and enhance the registration and onboarding journey to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience across all channels.o    Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance and customer service) to identify and resolve pain points in the customer journey that may negatively impact conversion.o    Develop and implement a user experience that guides users through the registration process and encourages subscription sign-ups.•    Data-Driven Decision Making:o    Utilise data and customer behaviour insights to optimise channel performance and identify opportunities for improving the registration journey.Experienceo    7+ years of experience in channel management, customer acquisition, or digital marketing with a focus on optimising registration or onboarding processes.o    Experience in managing sales/registration channels and driving customer acquisition and conversion.•    Customer Journey Expertise:o    Strong understanding of customer experience principles and how to enhance user journeys to drive higher engagement and conversion.If this sounds like the role for you, please get in touch ASAP!
