My client is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate SEO expert to lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategies aimed at improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and increasing lead generation through organic search. The SEO Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that SEO best practices are integrated into all marketing initiatives. The primary objective will be to increase lead generation, and the successful candidate must have a proven track record of achieving this in previous roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic website visibility and drive lead generation for the company's UK, French, and USA offices.
  • Conduct keyword research, analysis, and implement on-page/off-page optimisation techniques.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key SEO performance metrics such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, and leads generated.
  • Optimise content (blogs, videos, landing pages, product descriptions) for search engines and improve its performance.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into content creation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Implement and optimise backlink-building strategies, including working with the PR agency to increase website authority.
  • Track, report, and analyse website analytics and SEO efforts using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Manage SEO tools and platforms, providing training and insights to team members.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify new SEO opportunities.
  • Deliver regular reports and updates to the Senior Leadership Team.
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrable success in driving SEO performance and organic lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimisation.
  • Ability to analyse data, extract insights, and drive strategic decisions.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Desirable
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Google Analytics or SEO certifications.
  • Proficiency in French is a plus.
