We are working with an exciting client in the fine food wholesale and manufacturing sector, who are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive business development within the South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire area. This role is a prime opportunity for a sales professional with a background in engaging with diverse trade sectors such as garden centres, farm shops, multiples, and food service sectors.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Balance time between nurturing existing high-profile accounts and pursuing new business opportunities to boost sales.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to devise and implement effective sales and profit solutions.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, showcasing a dedication to business growth.
  • Operate autonomously, managing your schedule and customer interactions with professionalism and poise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Articulate, enthusiastic, and confident with superior interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and independent, capable of engaging with customers in a courteous manner.
  • Commercially savvy, with a sales-driven mindset and a focus on goal achievement.
  • Proficient in IT with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in selling to garden centres, farm shops, and gift shops is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in new business development and innovative sales strategies.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, including adeptness in report writing.
