Castle Education are looking for Nursery Supply Staff to be able to provide support in our Nurseries in the York area.

The ideal candidate will become part of a passionate and enthusiastic early years team, enabling children to develop into happy and confident individuals, within a warm and welcoming early years environment. You will be knowledgeable in caring for children from birth to five, as part of a dedicated staff team. Working collaboratively with local health services to support the social, emotional and cognitive learning and development of children within their care. This position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in early childhood education while contributing to the development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage with children during playtime and learning activities.
  • Assist with meal and snack preparation, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Support staff in implementing age-appropriate educational programs and routines.
