Social Media Customer Service Representative:

Are you passionate about helping others and enjoy engaging on social media? We are representing our client in the search for a passionate individual who can assist customers with their queries while representing our client across various social media platforms.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - shifts between 6am and 10pm Mon - SunPay: £11.66 phLocation: York YO26 Ongoing Temporary ContractInitial training period in York, then remote thereafter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries across social media
  • Communicating customer feedback to relevant business stakeholders
  • Engaging with followers and ensuring a positive social media presence.
  • Posting timely updates and information on X (formerly Twitter).

Ideal Candidate:
