Business Development Executive
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Executive to join a sales team in York. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business and revenue opportunities, as well as identifying and securing well-qualified appointments for our sales teams.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: Circa £29k-£32k
- Commission potential: £15,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
- Develop revenue from existing customers through effective and regular contact
- Maintain a high level of competitor awareness
- Generate new business opportunities
- Acquire new business by identifying new markets and leads from existing customers
- Work with the Sales Team to develop quotes, proposals, and other sales administration
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a 'new business' sales role
- Strong ability to generate new business and identify new customer opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with sales administration and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
