Our client, a digital first brand, is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Director to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a growth-minded individual to make a significant impact and disrupt the status quo.

The person specification:

  • Proven track record of creating and delivering successful marketing strategies for brands.
  • Seasoned and imaginative marketer with a deep understanding of brand positioning and messaging.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing, with the ability to track and measure campaign effectiveness across all channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for building relationships.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and oversee innovative marketing plans across all channels.
  • Ensure exceptional brand visibility and execution.
  • Develop and execute the long-term marketing plan for the brand, with a focus on growth and disruption.
  • Lead impactful brand campaigns across all channels to boost awareness, sales, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Develop and oversee channel-specific marketing plans, leveraging data and insights to optimise investment and ensure maximum impact.
  • Allocate the marketing budget and implement rigorous spending control and tracking measures.
  • Oversee implemented brand marketing campaigns, evaluating execution, impact, and return on investment.
  • Manage relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders, leveraging brand assets and retailer loyalty data for targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Manage third-party agency relationships and an in-house team.
  • Manage significant marketing budgets.
  • Work across all media channels to ensure comprehensive brand coverage.
