Job Description:
- Assist in the delivery of building surveys, inspections, and condition reports.
- Support project management activities, including contract administration and tendering.
- Participate in design and specification work, ensuring compliance with building regulations.
- Contribute to dilapidations, party wall matters, and defect diagnosis.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members on projects to ensure successful outcomes.
Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:
- Recent graduate in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
- Working toward or interest in pursuing RICS accreditation.
- Strong technical skills and a keen interest in building surveying practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
