We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our client as a Project Manager/Bathroom Designer. This multifaceted role involves designing bespoke bathroom solutions, managing sales processes, and overseeing project execution to ensure customer satisfaction.
We will absolutely consider candidates from a Project Management background with no prior bathroom design/CAD background as this will/can be trained.
Day-to-day of the role:- Design: Create innovative and functional bathroom designs tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Sales: Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and provide expert advice to drive sales.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage bathroom installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer relationships, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Administration: Handle necessary paperwork, including quotes, invoices, and project documentation.
- Proven experience in bathroom design, sales, or project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD) is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
