- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Holding (or working towards) the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or PMI Project Management Professional certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and risks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a technical environment.

- Define and document project roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities using RACI matrices.
- Develop, baseline, and maintain project plans in alignment with lifecycle management processes.
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings, daily stand-ups, and monthly progress reviews.
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring transparent reporting.
- Monitor and control project budgets, quality standards, and delivery milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and managing expectations.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development through to production handover.
