H&S Advisor

We are seeking a Health and Safety (H&S) Advisor with a strong background in FMCG and Engineering & Manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on all aspects of Health and Safety to ensure the company's compliance with regulatory standards.

Description

• Ensure the company's compliance with H&S regulations.
• Advise on necessary changes and improvements in the H&S policies.
• Coordinate training and workshops to educate employees about safety measures.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
• Prepare and present reports on incidents and accidents.
• Collaborate with management to implement H&S strategies.
• Support the Engineering & Manufacturing department with H&S issues.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in H&S standards and regulations.

Profile

A successful H&S Advisor should have:

• A degree in Safety Management or a related field.
• NEBOSH General Certificate / IOSH.
• Experience in the FMCG sector, specifically in Engineering & Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Ability to conduct inspections and risk assessments.
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting H&S reports.
