Job Description:


As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling property transfers, conducting searches, preparing contracts, and guiding clients through the legal aspects of property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the conveyancing process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines.
  • Conduct property searches, including title deeds, land registry documents, and local authority searches.
  • Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and transfer deeds.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties involved in property transactions to provide updates and address any queries.
  • Ensure all financial aspects of transactions are handled accurately, including deposits, stamp duty, and completion funds.
  • Maintain organized records of all transactions and documentation for future reference.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with conveyancing software and case management systems.
