CONVEYANCER REF 005/25

Our client has a very long history of providing legal services to generations of clients dating back 200 years. They are based on the oustkirts of York, so own transport ideal. They provide a unique service to clients and provide legal expertise in both contentious and non contentious areas of law. This super friendly firm is seeking an experienced conveyancer to handle a mixture of transactions from:

Remortgage

Right to buy

Shared ownership

Sales

Purchases

You will handle the transactions from start to post completion stage with the aid of a very capable assistant.

You will not be targeted, your work comes from existing clients and word of mouth. There’s a very steady manageable caseload with case management systems in place.
