A highly successful and reputable legal practice in North York has a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Fee Earner to join its friendly team (salary competitive). Our client is a forward thinking, innovative and friendly practice with a great reputation. Working closely with the Head of Commercial Property, you will join a highly supportive and successful Property law department managing a varied caseload.
- You will work closely with clients from owners and large landlords to small/medium sized businesses to build and maintain relationships on a variety of matters
- Matters will include Sale & Purchase (including planning), Landlord and Tenant, Portfolio management, Secured lending, Corporate support, Property Portfolio financing, etc.
- You must work well in a team and be happy to get involved with Marketing and Business Development activities.
You should have 2+ years' experience and be confident running a caseload under minimal supervision, with a background in Commercial work. For the right candidate there will be opportunities to move into Commercial Development.
