Residential Conveyancer(Trainee Solicitors/ Newly Qualified / Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Chartered Legal Executive / CILEx)A highly reputable law firm in North Yorkshire are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their high performing property department in York. The Role

  • Manage a mixed caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Sale, Purchase, Remortgage, New Builds files from inception to completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients
  • Delegate work to the assistant and/or support staff
  • Service existing clients to an exceptional standard
  • Be the go to for any technical questions within the team
  • Deal with and raise enquires
The Candidate
  • Possess a minimum of 3 plus years fee earning experience in conveyancing
  • Have experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a team of paralegals/junior fee earners
  • Have the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
