Residential Conveyancer(Trainee Solicitors/ Newly Qualified / Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Chartered Legal Executive / CILEx)A highly reputable law firm in North Yorkshire are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their high performing property department in York. The Role

Manage a mixed caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Sale, Purchase, Remortgage, New Builds files from inception to completion
Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients
Delegate work to the assistant and/or support staff
Service existing clients to an exceptional standard
Be the go to for any technical questions within the team
Deal with and raise enquires

The Candidate

Possess a minimum of 3 plus years fee earning experience in conveyancing
Have experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion
Have excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage a team of paralegals/junior fee earners
Have the ability to build strong client relationships
Possess excellent interpersonal skills
