Duties include:
  • To support and guide a group of learners through their vocational qualifications in Horticulture (up to Level 2), embedding wider employability skills.
  • Equip your team with practical and theoretical skills, primarily focusing on sustainability (e.g. Recycling, soil health, conservation etc.)
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment is fostered within the workshop setting, as your learners undertake work experience.
  • Manage and audit inventory and stock levels, to meet training and production demands.
  • Completion of required documentation and reports.
