Day-to-day of the role:- Engage with customers over the phone to find suitable products and answer various enquiries.
- Collect relevant information to assist customers and brokers effectively.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, webchat, and social media.
- Generate and renew customer policies by providing exceptional customer service.
- Build relationships with customers to ensure a positive outcome.
- Work towards targets and KPIs focused on customer care, providing honest and correct information, and meeting customer needs.
- Experience in a customer/client-facing role.
- Driven with a desire to succeed, guided by core values to achieve the right outcome.
- A team player contributing to the success of peers.
