Description

As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be dealing with inbound calls coming into the business from potential members that are looking to take out a healthcare policy.

You will be building excellent relationships dealing with the sales process from start to finish and handle a range of customer enquiries along the way.

The role will be also following up on any enquiries and customers requesting a call back alongside corresponding with customers over email and webchat.

Please note this is sales through service no cold calling involved the role is dealing with customers enquiries.

Profile

Previous customer service/sales experience this could be from a range of different backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

A confident telephone manner and able to build instant working relationships

Passionate about delivering the best experience to customers

Able to work under pressure in a busy environment

Excellent communication skills

A good team player
