Description

As a Contact Centre Claims Advisor you will be forefront of the business processing claims for members and handling a range of enquiries along the way.

You could be dealing with vulnerable customers providing support and care ensuring each call is dealt with providing the highest level of service and excellent experience.

The role will be mainly telephone based handling inbound calls and occasionally corresponding with customers through other platforms.

Profile

Ideally some office based customer service experience however the business can be open to other backgrounds such as hospitality and retail
