OverviewAs a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to email inquiries, processing bookings, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Benefits- Salary - £25,355
- Full-time - Mon-Fri 9-5.30 you will be required to work 1 in every 4 weekends with a day off in lieu for either day. (Sat 9-5 and/ or Sun 10-4)

- Process booking confirmations and web bookings
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Support the administration of cancellations and alternative booking arrangements
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Proven experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
