We are currently working in partnership with one of the top companies in the UK, certainly the York area.

We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals with a passion for customer service and support to join their growing Customer Service team in York.

Working 35 hours a week Monday to Friday 9-5pm. Paying £25,000 and starting Monday 6th January.

What you will be doing;

  • You will be talking to customers over the phone, focusing on finding the right products for the customers, whilst answering a variety of enquiries.
  • Identifying opportunities to cross sell and up sell the product line, based on customer needs.
  • Speaking to existing customers and resolving their queries, through both phone and email.
  • Building relationships and connections that inspire, engage and put a smile on both your and your customers’ face.
  • Working towards Targets and KPIs- The heart of our targets is ensuring the customer is looked after, given honest and correct information and their needs are met.

The successful candidate believes that great service is the benchmark and beating it and surpassing customer expectations is what gets you out of bed in the morning (that and the free coffee and toast they provide).

No previous call centre experience is required all though desirable.
