Temporary Customer Order Administrator

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of an expanding business just outside of York seeking motivated individuals for temporary support. If you are enthusiastic, quick to learn, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Details

  • £11.79 per hour (£23,000 per annum)
  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Outskirts of York - Office based with free parking
  • Ongoing temp role to start ASAP

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls relating to orders and product queries
  • Processing of orders
  • Data input and maintenance
  • Follow standardised procedures and deadlines including fully documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system to meet departmental SLAs.
  • Liaising with 3rd party partners to ensure timely deliveries
  • Other office duties as and when required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year in administration or phone-based customer service.
  • Ideally experience with order processing.
  • Confident phone manner, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, switched-on approach.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems efficiently.
