Search recruitment are working with one of their York based clients to recruit 3 temporary Data Administrators to help with the implementation of a new Business Management System.

Experience in using NetSuite would be highly advantageous in this role!

Job PurposeYou will be responsible for gathering data from across the business. Working with managers you will help to cleanse and organise data from systems ready for input into the new BMS system. The role will require you to build good cross team relationships, work autonomously and have good attention to detail.

Main Duties of the Data Administrator* Data collection, cleansing, organisation and inputting.* Liaising with Business managers* Following up on data requests to ensure timely delivery* Reporting on progress* Work with key users to resolve system problems and issues.* Help produce clear and useful documentation and processes so other team members working on the system can follow what is needed.* Complete end-user testing and elevate any identified issues to the BMS team.* Support training staff and end-users on the effective use of Oracle NetSuite, including creating user manuals and assisting in training sessions.* Ad Hoc support for BAU activitiesQualifications, Skills and Experience* Excellent IT Skills - fully literate in Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook.* Experience of NetSuite would be highly desirable.* Understanding of, or experience of, project management would be desirable.* Confident working with a variety of stakeholders.* Organised and thorough in your approach.* Detail orientated and able to keep good records.* Able to work autonomously.* Able to professionally follow up on data requests and resolve delays.* Outcome orientated problem solver.* Engaging & approachable demeanour.
