Description

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payment.
  • Coordinate with HR to validate and update payroll data as required.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries regarding payroll issues.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on payroll metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and company regulations.
  • Collaborate with finance team to ensure smooth integration of payroll data into financial systems.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll tax laws and regulations.
  • Support audits by providing necessary payroll data and documentation.

Profile

  • Proven experience in payroll and be confident with the duties listed above.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with various departments and employees.
