Role Overview:
As a part of the Sales team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Responsible for generating new leads, nurturing existing relationships and providing outstanding customer service, you’ll be focused on maximising account and profit opportunities to exceed targets. Your resilience, tenacity and can-do attitude will be key in your success and progression.

Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential and existing clients within the sector
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
* Exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Collaborate with the team to share insights and strategies, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous phone experience and a record of achieving through work, education or personal ambition.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
* Resilience and tenacity to handle challenges and maintain a positive attitude
* A proactive, can-do personality with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
