Job Title: Estimator & Design Technician
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000
Location: York

Are you an experience estimator/designer within the modular construction industry?
Would you enjoy working for a large national employer within a specialist division?
We are seeking to speak to experienced estimators/designers with a strong background in the modular construction industry. Working alongside an already established team you will play a key part in the successful delivery of modular projects across the commercial sector including; education, retail & healthcare up to the value of 2million. This is a role that will see you take a client through design stages and also the costing/procurement of each project.
We would welcome conversations with candidates who:
- Have a strong background in the construction industry - Modular construction would be advantageous
- Are able to read from construction drawings to produce accurate take offs
- Can demonstrate a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel & AutoCAD - Revit would be advantageous not essential
- Has a high attention to detail
- Can work well in a team & on own initiative
- Posses strong communication skills
