We are seeking an experienced Multi-skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias to provide exceptional maintenance services to a diverse range of our clients. This role encompasses both electrical and mechanical disciplines, ensuring operational equipment runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct reactive and proactive maintenance as per project requirements.
* Carry out modifications and installations as needed.
* Maintain, repair, and calibrate electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation plant to optimize reliability and maintainability.
* Ensure all key performance indicators are met and liaise with contractors or external suppliers as required.
* Complete necessary paperwork and produce accurate reports in a timely manner.
* Uphold high standards of work in line with company policies and procedures.
* Report any deficiencies in systems or equipment that could affect service delivery, health and safety, or environmental safety.
* Supervise and ensure all work is completed safely and diligently.
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline).
* Knowledge of building Statutory Compliance.
* Committed to maintaining a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974).
* Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
