Multi-Skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer
In your new role as an Electrical Engineer you will undertake routine PPM tasks, planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates along with reactive repairs and Electrical Installation work as required. Be part of a call-out rota after initial period (1 week in every 6) and ensure all documentation is completed correctly for all tasks and reactive tasks are reported and recorded on to the CAFM system. You may also be called upon to assist with general building maintenance activities.
What we are looking for
Essential: City and Guilds 18th Edition and Electrical Inspection & testing City & Guilds 2391 preferred. The Electrical Engineer should demonstrate an experience working on industrial switch gear and generator change over, as well as maintenance of distribution boards for essential and non essential supplies. Basic mechanical knowledge is desirable but not essential. HV AP qualification desirable, but training will be provided to obtain this.
The role is for a mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to cover North East and North West of England the ideal candidate located in York/Selby, although anywhere within The Central Belt could be an option. Additional experience in the following would also be advantageous: DC Systems, air-conditioning/chiller plant, alarm testing, ACB's, UPS's, Standby Generators.
