- Proven experience as a Mechanical & Electrical Estimator with a strong understanding of M&E systems and services.
- Solid knowledge of small works, plumbing, and plant room fit-outs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and pricing.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based role, managing time and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
