Electrical Installation Supervisor required. Our client provides industrial automation services across a range of sectors, including water and wastewater treatment where they are looking for a qualified Electrical Installation Supervisor due to the growth of the business. Work will mainly be at Severn Trent sites including Midlands (Leicester and Derby for the majority), Lincolnshire, Chester and York. They would ideally like candidates from these areas but would consider the Sheffield/ Leeds areas if the candidate is open to travelling.
Successful candidates will work on major construction projects installing cable, containment, control panels on Utility equipment and at Waste water treatment plants. All work will be low voltage, up to 400V. In return, they will pay up to £70,000, provide a company vehicle, health insurance and a generous holiday package totalling 33 days.
Electrical Installation Supervisor Job Overview- Overseeing sites and allocating work to Engineers.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings across the U.K.
- Installing electrical systems (cable/traywork/glanding/terminating) on water authority works
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and diagnose issues with electrical systems and equipment.
- Liaise with clients and offer solutions and advice
- Read and interpret electrical drawings to install and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
- Install and maintain electrical control systems in various industrial settings
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of electrical work performed and maintain inventory of electrical equipment and supplies.
- 5+ years of Electrical Installation experience in the water hygiene sector
- 18th, C&G level 3, NVQ level 3, AM2, 2391 and ECS Gold Card required
- SAP Authorised (Severn Trent Approved)
- Happy to stay away when needed.
- Salary: £60,000- £70,000
- Working Hours: 40 hours a week
