We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to help maintain our high standards of excellence and ensure the smooth operation of our electrical systems.
Day-to-day of the role:- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to minimise downtime.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems and components.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and training to junior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Complete ad hoc/monthly coin collection and ticket replenishment on P&S machines.
- Keep sites tidy and up to a good standard, including weeding and litter collecting.
- Install and remove signage to sites.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance projects.
- Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Complete site set up and installation (electrical and potentially groundwork will be required).
- Approved Electrician with an NVQ 3, AM2 or Full apprenticeship.
- 2391 Inspection and Testing.
- 18th Edition.
- Driving license.
- ECS Gold Card (desirable).
- Proven experience as a maintenance electrician.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and maintenance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
