We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to help maintain our high standards of excellence and ensure the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to minimise downtime.
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems and components.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical support, guidance, and training to junior team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Complete ad hoc/monthly coin collection and ticket replenishment on P&S machines.
  • Keep sites tidy and up to a good standard, including weeding and litter collecting.
  • Install and remove signage to sites.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance projects.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Complete site set up and installation (electrical and potentially groundwork will be required).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Approved Electrician with an NVQ 3, AM2 or Full apprenticeship.
  • 2391 Inspection and Testing.
  • 18th Edition.
  • Driving license.
  • ECS Gold Card (desirable).
  • Proven experience as a maintenance electrician.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and maintenance techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
