We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Property Services team in York, focusing on Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes Maintenance.
The position involves providing electrical services across North Yorkshire, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.
Candidates must have experience in domestic electrical repairs and hold a City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
The role offers a base salary of £37,059, along with a company van, emergency call-out payments, and overtime opportunities.
Working hours are 37 per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible patterns from 8am to 6pm.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join our Property Services team in York. This role will be working in the Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes Maintenance team. You will be working throughout North Yorkshire to provide Electrical services to the companies housing stock.

Working for an established Housing Association you will be required to provide excellent customer service and high quality workmanship at all times.

You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with the following working patterns;

8am - 4pm
9am - 5pm
10am - 6pm

About You

Experience in Domestic Electrical Repairs and Maintenance
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Equivalent
Full UK Driving Licence
18th Edition / 2391 is Desirable
