You'll be at the heart of large-scale projects, designing and assessing water and tailings dams, embankments, and slopes. Your days will consist of deep dives into geotechnical data, client meetings to refine a design solution, leading a project teams, mentoring junior engineers and reviewing technical specifications for major feasibility studies.

This role isn't just about calculations and reports-it's about collaboration, problem-solving, and making a tangible impact. You'll work closely with clients from concept to construction, ensuring that every project meets the highest engineering standards while being practical and buildable. You'll also have opportunities to travel, both within the UK and internationally, to see your work take shape on the ground.
