Description

As the Employee Experience Specialist, you'll report to the Internal Communication & Employee Experience Manager and play a lead role in enhancing engagement and culture across the business. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and employee groups to bring values to life, support wellbeing, and build a truly inclusive and rewarding employee environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Designing and delivering wellbeing, DE&I, recognition and values-led programmes across the employee lifecycle* Leading employee listening and feedback initiatives to ensure employee voice is embedded into business planning* Creating volunteering and fundraising opportunities that drive development and support wellbeing* Collaborating with Internal Comms, People, and Marketing teams on brand and culture programmes* Monitoring and measuring impact through insights and data to continuously improve employee experience initiatives* Managing relationships with key stakeholders and supporting employee champion groups* Supporting internal comms activity as needed, and representing the organisation at engagement events.

Experience & Skills

The ideal Employee Experience Specialist should be:* Experienced in a wellbeing, engagement, or employee experience role* Proven in designing and delivering successful engagement initiatives* Creative, adaptable and solutions-focused with excellent planning skills* An excellent communicator-both written and verbal-with great presentation ability* Able to analyse feedback, interpret data and use it to inform strategic action* Proficient in using IT tools to support programme delivery* Comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels, and passionate about culture, people and purpose
