Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning architectural practice who provide dynamic and innovative design services across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant who can help deliver on a range of commercial and residential projects.
To be successful in applying for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will need to have completed your RIBA part 2 qualification with good experience post qualification with a UK architectural practice. You will also need good experience within the commercial sector and proficiency with Revit.
Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Associate Architect:
- Completed you RIBA Part 2 qualification
- A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience is essential
- Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
- In the process of completing the RIBA Part 3 qualification
- Experience working on projects within the commercial or residential sector
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of UK building and planning regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK drivers license
- Live locally within the York Area
