- Must hold a recognised qualification in Waste Management, Environmental Sustainability or similar.
- Hold - or be willing to work towards - WAMITAB qualification.
- Must hold solid occupational experience within Waste Management / Recycling - at Supervisory/Management level.
- A sound knowledge of Health and Safety standards, to include risk assessments and safe handling practices.
- A passion for training and development.
- To lead and coach a group of individuals who are responsible for Waste Management services, ensuring our clients environmental goals are being met.
- To supervise your team through the completion of WAMITAB qualifications.
- Oversee the collection, processing and disposal of waste materials - continuously adhering to safety, security and environmental policies.
- Conduct health and safety assessments, administering safe work practices across the Waste operations.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
