Duties the Event Coordinator will carry out include:-• Planning, coordinating and booking a variety of events, managing the who process from start to finish• Liaising with suppliers to ensure best value and handle logistics, such as venue selection, equipment, and room setup • Work with other departments to ensure marketing and promotion, pre and post event, are maximized• Support management with diary management, organising meetings and supporting as required• Assisting the admin team as necessary, dealing with customer queries and requests.

To be successful as an Event Coordinator you will need:-• Excellent understanding of event management and planning• A good knowledge of business practices, administration, meeting procedures, customer service skills and techniques• Able to establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments and clients

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
