This highly unique, exclusive and family-led wedding venue are seeking a confident and personable individual to join them as Wedding & Marketing Coordinator; where no two days will be the same!THE COMPANYAs expert wedding specialists go, none other compare to the total commitment displayed by this small, hard-working team. Across this stunning venue, weddings of all shapes, sizes and varieties are meticulously planned, managed and delivered to perfection. Across their roster of events, the venues committed team of Event Coordinators work closely with couples to establish trust and confidence in their ability to deliver magical experiences for friends, family and guests. THE ROLEAs Wedding & Marketing Coordinator, your duties will extend to taking initial bookings and ensuring that couples experience a seamless level of guidance from first point of contact through to final delivery.As part of the role, you will also be required to:
- Oversee all aspects of wedding day ceremony
- Manage multiple bookings simultaneously
- Establish strong relationships with couples
- Record & capture photos and footage mid-event
- Wider content creation (Tik Tok e.g.)
- Liaise with external suppliers
- Demonstrate adaptability across events (bar work, accommodation prep etc.)
- Create unforgettable experiences!Â
THE CANDIDATE
